Jessica Nothum Photography started when I realized that the one thing I was most passionate about photographing was birth. I have always had a love for babies and that has only grown now that I am a mother myself. Having someone else behind the camera during such a special time can alleviate the stress for a family member who is worried about getting the right shot, someone who will not be caught off guard when birth plans have to change at the last minute, or simply someone who's sole responsiblity is to take the right picture at the right moment. Every parent, grandparent, friend, or support person deserves to be in the moment and celebrating the birth of a new child. These are just a few of the reasons I believe birth photography is so very important.

I got my start working on weddings, family sessions, and the occasional senior session. I am still happy to get behind my camera for these moments! Please contact me for more information.
